The Special Event Caterers

In addition to Chef Paul, we also have a full-time baker on staff. Our fresh, store-made, bakery selections include muffins, dessert bars, signature cupcakes (crème-filled and topped with ganache as well as coconut, lemon drop and red velvet), scones, brownies, pastries, bagels, croissants, fruit turnovers, tarts, parfaits, éclairs and assorted specialty desserts which vary by season. The store always features Paula’s outrageous chocolate chip cookies. Some are dipped in chocolate, others contain large amounts of chocolate chunks and occasionally, we’ll include a variation such as white chocolate cranberry nut, reeses or heath bar crunch. Holiday cookies are featured in many varieties and may be ordered as trays for parties.

Fresh baked pies vary by season, including such offerings as fruit pies for the Fall and Italian Chocolate Lemon as well as Ricotta pies for Easter.

Our bakery always carries a selection of fresh made Italian pastry, including fresh-filled canollis, pastichotti (chocolate, vanilla and ricotta), sfogliatelli and crème-filled lobster tails. Seasonal offerings also include biscotti, holiday cookies and zepelle as well as hot cross buns for the Easter season.

Stuffed breads are a Paul Gregory’s specialty. We also make Parker House rolls and our own country white, sold by the loaf and also used for our deli sandwiches.

Fascia's ChocolatesWe are also proud to carry Fascias Chocolates on a seasonal basis. Fascia’s is a multi-generational, family owned business located in Waterbury, CT specializing in fine chocolates. We feature various holiday specialty items as well as novelty offerings (chocolate-covered potato chips) in addition to truffles, turtles, peanut-butter cups and chocolate-covered cherries served by the piece or in bulk. Ask for our sugar free items.

For a special treat, enjoy one of our Belgian Street Waffles, made to order with pearl sugar melt-aways and topped with jam, hazelnut butter, ganache or gelato.
