Gelato Guiliana is a CT-based business, located in New Haven and has been voted Best Gelato by CT Magazine. They use all natural ingredients from the best the world has to offer. Paul Gregory’s is the exclusive Southington outlet for this product. We feature gelato served by the cup, in walking trumpets (cones), featured in our seasonal smoothies and parfaits and also served
in convenient hand-packed pints.
Gelato Giuliana is uniquely intense. Contrary to American-style ice creams that use high butterfat, Gelato Giuliana uses milk to create the distinct flavors that you taste without the high fat content of cream. The fruit flavors are made without any dairy or fat content and the smooth texture and creamy product is due to the Gelato not being whipped with air. All this leads to a more intense flavor profile and mouth feel.
