Paul Gregory’s builds and bakes each sandwich to order. Our Southington signature sandwiches are a big hit. Enjoy the Hawks Landing, made with roasted turkey, cornbread-apple dressing, Swiss cheese and cranberry aioli, served most frequently on a ciabatta roll, or try the Greenway, made with grilled balsamic rosemary chicken, bacon, cheddar, tomato, lettuce & balsamic vinaigrette. All our balsamic chicken breast, chicken cutlets, fried eggplant, turkey breast, roast beef and ham are roasted in-store and can only be found here. Our tuna and chicken salads are also our own unique recipe and made fresh in-store. Any sandwich can also be made as a pannini. The best sandwiches anywhere are made right here at Paul Gregory's.
Flatboys are our interpretation of gourmet pizza and may be ordered as preconceived standards or customized from a wide variety of toppings.
Paul’s pan pizza is featured each Friday and Saturday, available in multiple toppings, both family sized and personal-pan sized.
Grinders, including Paul’s meatball, are served in grinder rolls made in-house and a fresh, home-made soup is featured each day during Fall, Winter, and Spring months.
